Characterful property, really friendly staff, lovely big room and tasty breakfast (extra charge). I got back late after attending the Midlands Air Festival all day just down the road at Ragley Hall to find a singer on. Great tunes and atmosphere. Really enjoyed it!

Hotel was one of the best I've ever stayed in the food was exceptional and the staff were excellent
The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant had a lovely ambience with a place to sit both before and after the meal. I was disappointed to find no information in the room relating to wifi or breakfast times. Consequently we were late for breakfast but we were still served. There was a music duo playing which apparently happens once a fortnight on a Friday. I would definitely reccomend this place.

Alcester is lovely.
Alcester is lovely. I used to live there, and it was lovely to go back - good pubs, some restaurant options and good pub-food options.
Great location to explore South Warwickshire/North Cotswolds/North Worcestershire.
The Moat House, Turks Head and, a little further afield in Great Alne, the recently re-opened Mother Huff Cap offer good food options.
Panache 50 offers good Indian dining, and Amore Italian offers lovely food (try the huge calzone!).
Good coffee shops/tea rooms.

A pleasant small Warwickshire town with some interesting features, such as the church and Waitrose. A few independent shops and adequate catering facilities. Easy access to Stratford and other Warwickshire and Worcestershire tourist attractions.
Absolutely beautiful, clean and private home from home.
It's been very well thought out and provides all the amenities you need.
Location is excellent, private but at the same time being walking distance to the center of Alcester where there are a range of shops and restaurants to suite all tastes.
Nikki was a lovely host and made sure that all our questions were addressed prior to our stay and was lovely host indeed.
Highly recommended and would stay again!
Everything about our stay was fabulous. The friendly staff, a beautiful clean, modern room, with an excellent bathroom with walk-in shower. Also the room had a lovely outside terrace. One of the nicest hotel rooms we have had the pleasure in staying in. Our evening meal was truly delightful, very courteous staff and very professional, with the added bonus of watching the Swans outside the dining room, while we ate.
The whole ambience of this Hotel is perfect.
We have stayed at the pub/hotel before and we were given the same room. Nice large room with a modern en-suite bathroom. Breakfast was good, as expected really. However, we had dinner one night here and I chose the Butter Chicken curry, it was the best curry I have had in ages, beating anything i've had in an Indian restaurant. Others in our party also enjoyed their food. We have family in the Alcester area and will definitely stay here again.
very easy check in,arrived early but room was ready, and great to get a real key as hate them swipe cardsAll staff at reception and bars very polite. Well cooked buffet breakfast with nice bacon and sausages, and choice of fried or scrambled eggs,as well as lovely croissants.Other choices available all looked good.
Also used the hotel bar which had good choice of drinks and the lady let me switch on and watch cheltenham racing on the bar tv.
The room and bathroom was a standard size for a budget hotel and adequately furnished.
Although the pub downstairs was very noisy, there was no noise in the room.
The shower was a good size and was very efficient.
The location was a few minutes walk from the very attractive town of Alcester.
Breakfast was superb and very reasonably priced.
We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay. Very clean and comfortable accommodation with everything there you need. Lovely country walks and pub nearby with Alcester centre a few miles up the road with many more pubs and cafes. Suzie and Roger were so helpful and accommodating we would definitely return.
Good location, Pleasant surroundings, No traffic noise at back of hotel. Good breakfast. Well maintained facilities, Bright cheerful room. Comfy bed, nice linen. Friendly helpful staff. BRight cheerful breakfast room in pub. Good evening meal with good variety of dietary choices.
Dinner was a choice from a varied menu which had something to suit all tastes. I would recommend the lamb curry.
Breakfast was full English but you could vary which items you wanted.
Tea and coffee were plentiful.
Service was very friendly and helpful.
Very well equipped kitchen area, hob, kettle, microwave, toaster with milk/tea/coffee and some juices and cereals provided. Bed was a very nice size and fit the layout of the room. Overall very clean and well kept
