Lovely old building with plenty of character. Conveniently located for trips to Kelmscott Manor and the Cotswold Wildlife Park. The pub served a range of decent beers and the food was perfectly cooked and well presented. Breakfast menu options included black pudding or kippers. :)

Spacious room in a lovely period property. Comfortable beds and a good sized modern bathroom. Food generally was excellent with a good English breakfast. Had mains on the first evening which were very good and smoaked salmon sandwiches for lunch on the 3rd day which also were excellent. Staff, particularly at lunch, were both friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was good and I loved the three choices I had while there, and the pastries were lovely. BUT see below. The location was great for us as we were part of a group using the village hall very close by. The room was lovely as were the facilities.
