Rose cottage was situated in a lovely quite location, the cottage was very attractive from the front and didn't disappoint inside either. Beautifully decorated and laid out, a lot of thought went into the decor ! Liz and Steve were wonderful hosts, kind and helpful in every way, the breakfasts were amazing ! Our room was very generous with lovely views across the well kept back garden, we enjoyed watching birds flying back and forth across the garden. The room was very clean and the bed was a very comfortable king size and very comfortable pillows. We wished we could have stayed longer, and look forward to a future stay in the not too distant future ! Thank you Liz and Steve, you made our stay very memorable !

This is the perfect pub & accommodation combination for a short stay. The restaurant has an excellent menu and well kept cask beer with friendly staff service. The rooms are well appointed in the converted stables adjoining the main building over looking the well attended pretty courtyard garden entrance.
