Arriving on a saturday meant that there are no breakfast arrangements at the hotel. New Brighton seems to be shut early week and bank holidays so breakfasts had to be hunted down. Would be handy if the hotel could provide some info about local breakfasts and days of the week.

The flat was immaculate. Ken had thought of everything in the flat area very well organised. Instructions etc for everything as well. It’s just a short stroll into town centre. Communication from the owner Ken was fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble. Ken goes the extra mile to look after his guests. He even left us a lovely bottle of wine and chocolates to compliment our stay. Best customer care I ever come across via a booking on booking.com. Thanks very much Ken. Much appreciated. Well the proximity to everything was perfect. From parking up next door in the car park to accessing the touristy areas of Liverpool. The room at the hotel was lovely. The bed was the comfiest bed ever for me! The staff were all really pleasant and professional too.
