Lovely guesthouse in an excellent location in Richmond. Welcomed to our rooms with a complimentary drink which was a nice touch. Well stocked tea and coffee tray with delicious biscuits. Extra bedlinen and dressing gowns in the wardrobe. Plenty of hot water for the shower which had gorgeous toiletries too. Breakfast was served in the dining room and was delicious. Can't fault our stay. Also Nigel arranged to be at the property a few days after our stay to return some perfume I left behind. Excellent customer service.
