Hosts were friendly and made us feel comfortable. They were very polite. the place was very clean, tidy and very welcoming. There was a good variety for breakfast that was available until half 10. Parking was always available. We were provided with the facilities needed (e.g. towels, hair dryer). bedroom was well organised. the bed was well made with obvious care and very comfortable. Will definitely stay here again when next visiting.

Amazing house - beautiful property.
Amazing house - beautiful property. Fantastically decorated, very comfortable bedrooms - all with an ensuite - great kitchen - parking - walk to the sea - gorgeous scenery - no complaints at all. We stayed here with our colleagues for our time at Goodwood Revival (where we had a stand). The property exceeded our expectations - we only wish we could have enjoyed more time there! The kitchen was amazing, bedrooms lush, bathrooms exceptional - we all enjoyed our stay so much and there is nothing to fault this place. Communication with the host was exceptional too - as well as all the lovely amenities she provided. We highly recommended this house and we look forward to staying there again in the future!

We made a pleasant walk at Norton church and surroundings.
We made a pleasant walk at Norton church and surroundings.
Arundel is surely worth the journey. But : you have to find it out yourself. Seemingly, there is not much initiative of the local authorities to promote hikes, interesting walks and so on. And if they do, nothing of the matter was to be found in the place where we stayed...

We could do with more information about the entertainment...
We could do with more information about the entertainment and other activities we paid for. Some of the staff assumed we should have known. On the app, when we paid for the entertainment, it didn't specify what it covered though I tried to read this before arrival. We could do with better tick box what's included and what's not.
The caravan is fully equipped, clean and has everything you need. Although it is in a big caravan park, this caravan is situated only 2 mins walk to the fun fair and 5 mins to the beach. The restaurant is also a few mins away from the caravan with plenty of activities for the whole family. Great communication from the owner too. Selsey is a hidden gem if anyone wants to visit. We will definitely book again .
Really enjoyable stay in an excellent suite with all your needs taken care of. So well laid out and kitchen area handy and very useful to have a fridge which a few beers were kindly left for a well needed drink after a long cycle ride!! So quiet in a very lovely location and Selsey is such a lovely place. So pleased I stayed here and John was a lovely host to chat to. A delight.
Teresa and Vince are a lovely couple, Warm ; welcoming and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Their home is lovely. We stayed in the Ruby room downstairs which was spacious and very clean. The lovely garden and heated pool are a real bonus. Perfect location, close to some local shops, bus stops, the beach and just a short walk to Selsey High Street..
The Coast Yard is a little oasis in the middle of Selsey. The entire property is very well maintained and clean. Our room was comfortable and bright. The dining room and outdoor space is delightful and the breakfast, which was very well presented with lots of options was delicious.
We have been staying at The Seal quite a lot recently and we knew there was no food on a monday, but this time we were told that there was also no food on tuesday. So 2 nights we have had to go out to find food after working 10hr+ days.
Lovely place in Selsey. Great location and everything you need. Dog friendly as well. Selsey is a beautiful town very picturesque and from the house you have a choice of beaches and English coast paths. Will go back.
A beautiful bolthole with a hot shower and a big comfy bed, perfectly located for exploring West Sussex. It was too chilly to enjoy the private outside area but it’s very convenient when travelling with a pet.
