Hotel has character and is very clean. Well located, close to the cathedral, the train station and the shops. There was a wedding the day we stayed so it was quite noisy, but other than that, great stay. The staff was lovely, my friend felt poorly in the morning and they gave us a late check out to give her time to recuperate.

We loved everything about our stay. We didn't mention that my husband is disabled and struggles with stairs and they tried their very best to relocate to a room so we didn't need to worry about stairs. Sadly none available. Very helpful staff.

From the outside it looks dingy and dirty. I was really nervous to go inside and check in as I really wasn’t sure what I was going to be greeted with! Inside was nice, the room was clean and staff were very helpful

Lovely stay with lovely staff! The room was nice and cozy. Everything was very clean. I very much appreciate the breakfast option for express take away as I'm always on the run and usually leave way too early to get anything.
