The hotel was well catered for families and we loved the variety of facilities - different pools, aqua park, games etc. One a la carte option included in all inclusive rate was lovely but the food generally was good and a good selection to choose from. Rooms were clean and well set up and the staff were so helpful and friendly. The restaurant staff and the kids entertainers worked so hard but remained so polite and upbeat respectively!
Surrounded by the largest olive grove on the island of Crete, Kapsaliana Village is nestling in a peaceful location with superb views of the countryside and the sea.

Beautiful hotel with lovely staff and plenty of pool-side chairs. The food buffet was extremely well organised and had a good variety of food options. With half board, there are no soft drinks or even water included at dinner. The bottled water, fruit and Raky were a nice touch in the room. The creta star facilities are also available to creta royal guests.

I don't even know where to begin.
After arriving at the hotel in the afternoon, the staff welcomed us invitingly and friendly. It felt homey and pleasant when we got drinks and cookies. Getting the room was easy, and you upgraded us to a different room based on my partner's request. Until today, we haven't seen a room like this.
After settling in, we toured the hotel and couldn't stop taking pictures and marveling at the beauty, quality, and detail in every corner of the hotel. It was a pleasure to swim in each of these large swimming pools.
The small details, such as the large mattress in the pool, the umbrella, and the heating of the pool, gave the hotel a wonderful feeling and a desire to return. There was an amazing spa design and service at the entrance, and the swimming pool was very enjoyable.
The breakfast service was kind and friendly, every morning asking how we were doing and giving a recommendation.
My partner asked for a cake for my birthday during our stay. The cake was delicious!
Additionally, I proposed marriage to my partner during the vacation, I had a lot of questions and also a wish to do in the hotel, and the girls at the reception gave me a lot of help and service that I hadn't seen before.
Overall, our vacation was great, fun, and provided real freedom.
We arrived from Israel at a difficult time when it was difficult to disconnect for moments. We managed to do it here, in the hotel, something that was not obvious.
We will definitely return.
