(+) Hospitality: The host Despina & her family are an asset of Cretan hospitality, making guests feel like they are part of their family. We felt warmth and genuine care which is rarely seen in other accomodations.
(+) Location: Overseeing the see across fields of olive trees, with constant mountain breeze. Just a few minutes driving from Falasarna, our favourite beach in Crete. Nearby are some great taverns, and Kissamos town is also just 15 minutes away. Ideal location to spend vacations.
(+) Facilities: The apartments are impecable. There is nothing missing, sparkling clean, sound-proof, and tastefully decorated. Feels like home.

I take it as one of the most beautiful beaches.
I take it as one of the most beautiful beaches. Beautiful sunsets. Clear transparent sea. Turquoise colours melting into the big blue. Golden sand with shades of red when sea allows it, bringing it with waves at certain times, we were lucky to witness it. In the mornings when there's almost no one around you can enjoy in the soft waves covering the san, tranquil sea sounds and sun coming on top of the mountains.VladimirNetherlands - 10Scored 10
Very nice beach with the clearest water.
Very nice beach with the clearest water. Large space for sunbeds and even larger free zone. Many taverns and bars near the beach with amazing view, Spilios stood out with very good food and prices.

Glorious sunsets at this westerly point Clean, simple low development area yet all you need is on hand. A refreshing break from the full on holiday park of the North Coast We only stayed a couple of days so little time to explore but would return to this area if in Crete again. The sea here is astonishing - really clear turquoise water.
The sea here is astonishing - really clear turquoise water. There is a busy section of beach but you can find quieter places North of Big Beach. The sunsets are incredible. It is cooler than other parts of Crete due to the wind. the sea is colder here too. There are amazing tavernas in the nearby town on top of the the hill.

Hotel is situated nearby beach (the closest apx 50m, larger one to the left apx 200m, for parents with babies on the right side apx 100m), at every beach sets with umbrellas and two seats per 8euro per day, with showers. On the ground floor of hotel is big restaurant, small shop with everything. Against hotel is ATM. Parking no problem, by hotel. Surroundings of hotel is amazing, it was our third accomodation at Crete, and views were beautiful and breathtaking - important - to have a room at upper levels of hotel!

We loved the lush vegetation, breakfast terrace and the cute kittens. We did not have a car and they were so kind to bring us down to the beach and pick us up even though the hotel was busy. And they even helped me get back a ring I dropped in the bathroom sink. The rooms are cosy and sparkling clean and have everything you need. It has a balcony with pleasant chairs to enjoy the nice views of the olive trees orchards and mountains. Very friendly owners, helpful for anything you need. Perfect location, with car very close to Falassarna beach which is one of the best beaches in Europe, and also a good location to visit Elafonisi or Balos. We also choose this location for hiking in mountain areas. Supermarket, bakery and good restaurants all very nearby.

We had booked an appartment for 4 persons. The appartment was simply huge and could easily accomodate five guests. It had a big terrace with view on the sea. Very clean appartment and building, with all facilities. The price / quality ratio (we paid some 60 EUR a night for 4 guests) is just incredible. The service was very nice and helpful.

The room was clean with a fridge and a great view. Kiki is very nice and welcoming. She gave us a lot of advices about restaurants and Balos +++ which is an incredible place, very beautiful. We enjoy our day in Balos thanks to Kiki's advices. We didn't take breakfast because we didn't have time but Kiki offered us cakes and fruits. Next time we will test her breakfast !!

Location is great with just a short walk to the amazing beach of Falassarna (white sand, crystal clear water). Market available across the road. Everything is clean and comfy in the apartment. There is a company at Falassarna Beach that has jet boats that seat 17 people that can take you to Balos Lagoon for only 50 Euros vs the crowded ferry.
