Our experience at Green Dream was exceptional from before arrival until departure: Excellent communication from Lambros with quick responses - the fantastic welcome from both him and his mother - the generosity - the delicious freshly cooked food for our arrival - the welcome gifts - the cleanliness - the facilities (including good wifi) - the quiet solitude of the olive grove - the views and the sunsets - the careful attentiveness to ensure that our needs were met, yet always ensuring our privacy.
An added bonus: great walking country with amazing views, a lovely beach at Triopetra a few kilometers away, and a friendly Taverna just a few minutes walk from Green Dream.

Fantastic sea view and friendly and welcoming host. Amenities all as described. A steep walk down to the beach so need a vehicle and, if walking at night, a torch.

Nothing. Location wasn't next to the beach (which was advertised). Property manager was EXTREMELY unprofessional, disorganised and abusive.
Booking.com have been unhelpful and unprofessional as well. (Customer service does not respond and have done NOTHING to assist)
WE NEVER STAYED AT THE PROPERTY AS THE MANAGER INSTRUCTED A LOCKSMITH TO TAKE THE KEYS LEAVING US STRANDED IN A PLACE WED NEVER BEEN IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT!!

We loved our stay there. We loved the tranquility and the view. The house was perfect, clean and the beds were comfy. You can easily access a near beach by foot. The hostesses were friendly and kind and we would love to visit triopetra view villas again.

The taverna at Agia Fotini can be seen in the distance from the main beach - if you can find your way on the local roads, its splendid waterside location and good food are well worth the effort.

Triopetra is Wild Crete.
Triopetra is Wild Crete. Still in diapers, virtually no infrastructure at all except for the few rather limited Taverna’s. But I am pleased to have seen it at this stage of its development.
When winds are strong (and they CAN get very strong here)the beach delivers “dumper waves” which flipped me over, a large adult ! There is also a rocky shelf along the beach which is also dangerous for swimmers in windy weather conditions.
There is no lifeguard, so in these conditions, be cautious. Triopetra has no shops at all of any kind, just a few taverns serving simple food. I like it this way!

Great place for families, couples, or even solo vacations.
Great place for families, couples, or even solo vacations. Great beach with option of sand or rocks. Walkable distance from Agios Pavlos beach. Peaceful and relaxing with great view from the balcony and the restaurant. No bus or other public transportation is possible from the cities to Triopetra, but not to any other good and peaceful option as well. I had relaxed vacation while I was working remotely from the balcony (by the way the internet is good enough for video calls) and had some great scuba experience in the interesting sea in front. The food in the restaurant is authentic and the staff really friendly. I recommend 100%

Great beaches and restaurants (Filenia and Apanemia).
Great beaches and restaurants (Filenia and Apanemia). We really liked the Big Triopetra beach. The Sand Hills of Ag. Pavlos great, too!
Some parts of the road, especially the way to the Small Beach of Triopetra needs to be fixed. Great place!
