Excellent value for the money, good quiet location. Kitchenette with electric burner. I saw this place on the website and it was a very pleasant, secluded and quiet area with ample room in the middle of some fields. It is newly (and solidly) built within the last year. Comfortable for a solo traveller or someone new to the area. If you are walking, it is 10 minutes to a big road. About 30 minute walk to Bali Bird Park which is why I booked.

I definitely give a five-star to the all staff (inc. Yoga coach!) there: they are all professional and friendly yet not too much to get in - they know what would cross the line.
The communication via booking.com message board and whatsapp are both smooth.
I would definitely come back to this hotel for my next stay in Ubud.
