We liked our spacious room and comfortable bed and appreciated the black out blind. It was very quiet round the side of the hotel so slept well. A safe was provided for valuables and a fridge. Loved and used the complimentary bicycles!
Breakfast was great apart from the coffee, disappointingly it was powdered from a machine.
Good free on street parking as hotel
car park was chargeable.

All was nice , good food , atmosphere, beach, landscapes , friendly people.
A bit problematic to get to the airport and from airport , sometimes you need a taxi which is from 20 EUR for ~ 8 min. If you want to eat in a good place in the city centre , better make reservation beforehand as everything can be booked.

I feel that Pescara is a great hub location.
I feel that Pescara is a great hub location. It is in the Abruzzo region of Italy which makes it a perfect hop off spot to many other areas in Southern Italy. The Pescara airport is just a few minutes away with many flights to Rome and of course Ryanair provides service to Pescara. You also have Pescara Central Train Station right in the heart of the city and across the street is the Bus Depot which provides routes throughout Southern Italy and across the Massina Straits into Sicily. Pescara is a walkable city so go ahead and wander around the streets as you never know what you'll find around the next corner.

Unfortunately Pescara got destroyed by the allied bombing during WW2 and rebuilt with total disregard of the original architectonic style and history of the place. I was really disappointed by how much concrete and senseless modern buildings and structures were built from the 60s until probably the 90s. There are a couple of spots which are still beautiful like the old town and the tiny pineta area in front of the beach but for the rest is an ugly city. On a positive note, the sea promenade is pretty amazing for walkers and runners and people are generally really nice.

It is a lively city with, what appears to be, a young thriving population. The beaches are clean and large expanses are public. The town has several excellent restaurants. Lots of pleasant walkways, bicycle paths. The entire population seems to congregate at the main piazzas, at night, to enjoy each other’s company, to dance and enjoy people watching.

In october the weather was fine, water in the see was warm, but the restaurants were closed or opened very late. People in Pescara speak only italian. There is not a lot to see in P. They don´t want turists, which I understand after Rome.

know there food , Italians will not eat rubbish
We were only in Pescara for an afternoon and one night and the B&B Hotel Pescara was a perfect location for us. It was just across the river from the historic area, which we were able to explore, and also close to the harbor and waterfront. We did not have breakfast at the hotel, but it looked quite nice. It was in a great location and we felt safe walking down the river to an excellent seafood restaurant and then back to the room. The staff was friendly and helpful and I would look for other B&B Hotels when we travel.
A nice quite hotel in city center, close to Pescara sites of interest, i.e. a 2 min walk to Pescara Main Railway Station, 2 min walk to Pescara Central Bus Station, a 6 min walk to the beach and literally on the two main shopping streets (Corso Umberto I & Via Milano). Room not too big but okay, hotel staff very helpful, buffet breakfast - delicious and various. We stayed for 7 days, there was always something new to taste and the breakfast service fantastic (extra orders included in your paid breakfast).
Breakfast was very good, with italian specialities and the cookies were great :D
Also, across the street, Salus Restaurant and and other restaurants with traditional cuisine are there to satisfy tourists.
Also the hotel is near the city center, I walked every day to the city on the lovely quiet streets.
Also the hotel offered discounted price to the sunbeds on the beach, which in Pescara is quite something, because the prices are up a level on the beach.
Everything about the apartment was great, we were positively surprised how it looks like .Spacious and clean rooms, studied decoration, fantastic location, walking distance both to the sea and the Central Terminal. Everything was perfectly prepared for us , even some delicious snacks.Francesca was very helpful and always accesible on WhatsApp.
Absolutly suitable for a group of friends. Highly recommend this apartment for a fabulous stay in Pescara
This is THE place to stay when your visiting Pescara!
It’s very spacious and decorated nicely! The host really didn’t skip out on any details.
Location is perfect, just a few minute walk from the beach and you are in the Center of all the amazing restaurants and shops!
The host was soooo friendly and reccomended the best restaurants and really made our stay in pescara top!
This was by far the best stay I ever had. Amazing people, always ready to come to my aid. Offer me more than I can even ask for breakfast. The house and bathroom always have the best scents and are always clean. Francesco is excellent, and his brother, Stefano, is marvelous. Any other time I decide to go to Pescara, this will surely be the only place for me.
The location of Le Stanze Sul Corso was perfect. It was a very easy walk from the train station. Multiple restaurants and sites were also a short to medium walk away. I was coincidentally in Pescara for the tenth stage of the Giro d'Italia 2022. The city was in a very festive and celebratory mood. I loved the excitement. I would definitely stay here again.
Great location in central Pescara, in friendly neighbourhood
Very clean and comfortable, perfect size for a couple
Liked having different living areas, better than a hotel room
Beach club service was an added bonus
After reading previous reviews about lack of hot water, we found there was no issue at all and we had plenty for our needs
Breakfast was exceptional! Staff/owners were very courteous. The hotel was impeccable. If we are going to the Abruzzo region again, we will stay here again. We loved them so much that we said if they or their family come to the US, please tell us, and we will help them get settled for their stay! Best, Carol Flanigan and Ed Gorman
This newly renovated apartment is perfect for 2 people. It's about a 15-20 minute to the center of Pescara and is also not far from the beautiful nature reserve, La Pineta. It is a great value and I would completely recommend this to couples and solo travelers. The breakfast layout was also nice.
The flat is big and they ceilings are high. It is warm enough even in the winter, not always in Italy. The host was very polite and give us all the information we needed. The location is perfect: next to the beach (you can even see a bit of the sea) and the walking street.
What's not to like about this hotel! Staff went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay. Breakfast was great with made to order eggs. Beds were comfortable.
The location was perfect for the main Piazza and beach. Would definitely stay here again.
Location location location, very Central yet not noisy, in a small street, with no traffic.
cleanliness is close to godliness.
Nice and extremely helpful and thoughtful staff, especially Gianluca.
Loved Pescara. Lovely place.
The location was awesome! Close to Pescara central, easy walk to the train station. On the beach. Bar and Tabachiaio right there, trash easy to dispose of, great balcony! The dryer was a nice surprise.
We had a great time. The location is also good as it’s between Pescara centrale and Portanuova. So in case you’re traveling by train, this is the place to be.
Also 24h big supermarket 10mins by walk.
Simple hotel, good for a one-night stay on the way to southern Italy, convenient location in Pescara.
Breakfast options nearby, if you want to skip the basic offering in the hotel. Competitive price.
everything was great, silence, big room, great bathroom with transparent shower (you can see from the room only the shower)
pescara is a good place for beach and for eat good and very good
