The staff were incredibly helpful, we travelled with a baby in a pram, and it didn’t fit in the lift, the staff helped carry his pram up the stairs.

The hotel is in a very good location and the staff were friendly. The reception area is nice and there is a good pizza shop next door. Being right across the road from the Roma Termini station means there's very easy access to transport for most of the city as well as the airport, and a number of major tourist attractions like the Colosseum and Trevi Fountain are within walking distance for those who don't mind being on their feet for half an hour or so.
