We very much enjoyed our stay. The owners were delightful. The staff was patient, kind and professional. The swimming pool was lovely. The rooms, while not the most luxurious, were perfectly adequate. The airco, unlike some other places in Italy, actually cooled the room. We got great value for our money, and certainly recommend this place.

The hotel is acceptable, let's call it 3.5 to 4 stars, as this system is always a little less in Italy. It's a good 25 minute walk from the Porta Nuova station. The trams runs outside and cause some vibration noise in the hotel. Rooms are OK, a little worn, fridge was cold, television had BBC and some international channels, singles are small, shower was small, the breakfast was quite good and complete. Air con was a wisp of cool air, very slight. Fine for a night or two, as the other hotels in this category in Turin/Torino were more expensive. Tour busses parked out front, so groups use the hotel. Let's call it OK, but not a 4 star like a Sheraton or Hilton.

Relativly good breakfast for being Italy. Girls in reception tried to help out with taxi reservation and where to go in the city etc. Good location for us.
