I have been stayed few same hotel in the different locals. The room always clean and space is ok. If you are travelling by couple please make sure you are booking the twin bed room which can have bigger bed size. Their bed is comforable and under bed can storage the luggage so whole room not look small and still have space to go. Good thing is they provide the breakfast, not much items but enough. This hotel breakfast room is pretty small so if you like to eat the breakfast must make sure you find the spot to sit before you take the food. selfserve laundry service and printing give traveller very convenience.
I accidently left my computer in the hotel and their stuff is friendly to send the courier to another Toyoko-inn hotel which I will stay another dayfor me even use the poor english to communicate but big help. Strong recommend this hotel.

It might not be for everyone, have to take one stop to Ofuna to transfer to other JR lines but very convenient visiting Kamakura and Enoshima. Plenty of stores around Fujusawa station for shopping. Airport bus to Narita and Haneda airports, although schedules not as frequent as pre-COVID check in advance.

Fujisawa is wonderful and relaxed, and we come here at least 3 times per year to get away from the city. It's so nice to be able to come and NOT rush, which is why we now always stay overnight. Otherwise it's too stressful to do and see things and then get back on a train to go home on the same day.
There ARE vegetarian and vegan-friendly places, but you have to find them. Use Happy Cow or another search engine to research before you come. Otherwise you'll be eating dinner at a convenience store (which isn't awful). Also, there aren't many places to eat breakfast unless you're ok with just a bakery.

Fujisawa is a beautiful city.
Fujisawa is a beautiful city. There’s something for everyone to enjoy whether you’re a city lover or a nature lover, you’ll find something fun and interesting to do. It’s not too far from Enoshima which is a great thing, it means you can access the beach by train in 10 minutes

We stayed in Enoshima, mainly to see the sights on the island. We didn't plan to spend much time on the beach - the facilities are basic and the sand and sea not too clean, but you could safely paddle and swim if you wanted to. Enoshima Island was interesting, the views from the tower and the rocks and caves were good. There were good views of Mount Fuji. There's not much else to see in Enoshima but Kamakura is close by train and definitely worth s day or two.

It's very smart to find a hotel in Fujisawa for the stay, if you may like to visit Kamakura area extensively for more days. I didn't plan any trip to visit and walk around in Fujisawa city, since Kamakura gathers so many interesting sightseeing venues there. In my views, Enoshima is just normal, so it is not necessary to list it into the must-be visiting, neither to buy the certain Pass the tourism office is promoting. If you may have spare time, just walk to visit it and climb up the not-so-high hill.
As other people have stated, and I agree, the Breakfast had a good selection of both Japanese and Western foods.
Great that there was a 7/11 convenience open 24/7 on the ground floor, as well as a Family restaurant on the 2nd floor that proofed to be beneficial for the evenings/lunch time that we were too tired to go far to find food. The EnoDen (Enoshima Electric Train) station was so close and fun to ride to Enoshima or Kamakura and everything else between. A great place to stay considering the price and location.
Location. Cleanliness. Comfort. This is the 2nd time for me to use this place (previous time was with my 6 years old son and this time was alone). The positive aspects: proximity to the train-bus station, supermarkets, all the good restaurants, and the convenience stores. The hotel service. The hospitality. The room. I was a satisfied customer like the previous time! Very quiet town. No noise problem, in spite of the proximity to the train station. Certainly, I will come back!
The outdoor pool is gorgeous! The onsen is great, with suggestions for different styles of bathing listed on the wall. The traditional Japanese-style breakfast was excellent, and to eat staring out over the water at Mt. Fuji is heavenly. I was able to eat glutenfree meals there. We ate a delicious dinner there one night too, and wished there were more choices for another night.
Great value for money. It is a 2nd floor of a condo converted to a mini hotel just before the Tokyo Olumpics 2020 (which were ruined by COVID19, as you know). So in 2021 it was very fresh, in 2022 it is still not bad.
Great location, very friendly and helpful staff, nice design, a choice of both family rooms, and value rooms for large groups.
We had a BIG room only for us, typical japanese tatami style, with shower and bathroom.
The little courtyard is beautiful and cozy, you can eat/drink/rest outside as there are some little tables. The parking is very convenient. The location is perfect, not far from Enoshima beach or Kamakura but not in the middle of the crowd.
While staying at the hotel, we really felt the atmosphere of Japan. We tried a Japanese breakfast (overlooking the capricious Fuji) and spent the night in a Japanese-style room. The staff was very nice, friendly and helpful. We felt safe and comfortable. The hotel is located in the center, but it is quiet.
The rooms were very nice and comfortable. There is a free breakfast of bakery goods and the staff are very friendly. The location is also very convenient for sightseeing. I would recommend booking this hotel to anyone looking at this review. Very good.
Very close to the train station, so if you want to visit Kamakura or Enoshima, this is a good place to stay. There are plenty of restaurants around the hotel. Free coffee all day long. Room is in good size. Very helpful front desk stuffs.
location is outstanding. convenient JR and local rail/tram services. we were able to drop off luggage to sightseeing. when we checked in our luggage already delivered to our room. breakfast was great both Japanese and western styles.
- 3 mins from train station, odakyu and tram
- nice staff and send my suitcase to room directly
- adjacent to convenience store (there is an entrance in the hotel!)
- lotion and cleansing oil are available
- very good price
Staff were brilliant and always helpful.location was spot on less than a 5 minute walk from fujisawa station..l
WMwould definitely stay again...oh and the breakfast was perfect..thank you 8 hotel
