Vastaanotto oli ystävällinen, samoin asiakaspalvelu aamiaisella ja ravintolassa meidät huomioitiin todella hyvin. Hotellin sijainti oli erittäin hyvä, kävelymatkan päässä rautatieasemalta. Huone oli rauhallinen ja vuode erinomainen.

Campanile on alle 15 minuutin ajomatkan päässä Bredasta, ja ilmainen langaton internetyhteys toimii kaikkialla hotellissa. Hotellissa on rento oleskelutila ja baari, jossa on takka.
