Sijainti oli oikein hyvä keskellä kaupunkia pääkadun varrella. Lähistöllä oli useita ravintoloita ja ruokakauppoja. Parkkitilaa löytyi hyvin talon sisäpihalta. Liikenteen melua ei kuulunut asuntoon. Pyykinpesukone oli iso plussa.
