The terrace was nice with a partial sea view. It was also a useful base for exploring up and down the coast and the Lima valley. Filipa, in reception, could not have been more helpful - replacing broken toaster and missing hairdryer and kitchen knives. The pool looked nice but it was very noisy, occupied by a family who rented several apartments, so we did not use.

Building itself has so much history, located almost in the centre of Afife, view of the surf from most of the property and 360 degree views from the top terrace of an already incredible place. My second stay here, Andréia and Fernando are fantastic also. One of my favourite places in portugal

It was great to have access to swimming pool in the very hot temperatures - no air conditioning which would have been nice but it did not detract from our stay. We visited both local restaurants in Afife and food/service was great both times.

Pool (regularly cleaned), BBQ area and decking. Excellent communication with the owner.
