The hotel is situated close to the city center, and it's only a 15-minute walk away. It's also easy to find parking near the hotel. The staff is extremely friendly and attentive. Although the room is basic, it has all the necessary amenities, and it's quite spacious. However, despite the pictures showing a balcony, our room didn't have one.

Beautifully restored building; wonderful staff; gorgeous room; lovely swimming pool; perfect breakfast. Plus love the fact that Covilha is a 'swifts' town and the air was full of these beautiful birds :-)

Room spacious with air-condition. Breakfast is fixed included which I don't like. It was also mediocre. The juice tasted terribly artificial and the selection of topics is limited.
Parking is difficult. You can get lucky and get one of the free spots that belong to the hotel. But if you drive away, someone else from the hotel can take it. And it's around the building in the basement and very narrow. Better use a free parking space that is very close to the hotel

Regular parking on the street costs a fee. An official parking garage is also available for 15 euro per day.
The hotel staff is friendly but English commutation sometimes difficult. It took a while until we got the info that the pool gets closed around 8pm.
Just a 10 km from the ski slopes of Serra da Estrela, Solneve offers relaxing accommodation in the centre of Covilhã. Guests can benefit from free Wi-Fi.
