A beautiful location with views all the way up and down the coastline. Gorgeous! The staff are extremely friendly and the breakfast buffet is excellent. We were walking from the Coastal Camino to the Central Portuguese and took a small detour from our route along the cycling path from Póvoa de Varzim to stay here. It’s a little out of the way but very doable for walkers, and from what I hear, a little longer but better than the other crossover routes.

I traveled for work, hence the location was complex to find for the taxi late at night. Should have chosen more of a commercial hotel for my one night stay. Probably for windsurfing in summer its a great location with more time.

Beautiful hotel. We had one of the huge new rooms. We were really tired from our Camino walk that day. I chatted with the host in the dining room. He made me a coffee and said we could order pizza delivery which was great, we were tired. Found out the restaurant was closed. He saw how tired we were and made us grilled ham & cheese with wine and beer. I told him to be sure to add it to the bill. Next day, he had made arrangements to drive us back to the Camino trail, I looked at the bill and he had not charged us for the dinner ♥️. Excellent hotel!

Was supposed to be in a mixed dorm but the host moved me to a small room with just one other girl. Felt like an upgrade! Nice kitchen and clean bathroom. Great location in a cute town.

This is a nice place to meet other pelgrims. We liked the host, the garden, the kitchen. The fact that we could make tea and coffee, and buy drinks (cola or beer). This place is close to the ocean and several places to eat are at the sea-side. When walking the camino I think we should have gone left on a board-walk crossing. Nevertheless, from the inland route, there were signs towards this albergue as well. In town is a supermarket, everything we needed.
