This was our first time on Cape Cod celebrating our anniversary and we’re so happy we found Brewster by the Sea. It was also our very first B&B experience which proved to be both exceptional and memorable. From the time we made our reservation until we checked out, every detail was impeccably handled by Amy, the owner/operator of the B&B. From property instructions to recommended activities to recommended restaurants, Amy had it all covered. We were captivated by both the history of the property and how when Amy purchased the property, she put her own personal stamp on it, utilizing sustainable and eco-friendly products on the property. We have high standards when it comes to hotel accommodations and we were simply delighted. The bathrooms were super clean; the beds decked out in fine linens and rooms with all the charm you would expect from a building built in the 1800's, yet with all modern amenities to make your stay comfortable. The breakfasts were delicious, plentiful and beautifully presented. I can go on and on about Amy and Brewster by the Sea but I urge you to experience Brewster on the Sea yourselves. You won’t be disappointed. Amy, thank you for making our stay special despite the cold weather. You have a lovely property worthy of all the praise.

Great location with easy access to hiking trails and close to the beach to watch the sunset. My room which was situated at the back was large, clean, comfortable and had a relaxing private deck. The motel and grounds are well maintained and the staff are all very professional, helpful and friendly. An assortment of delicious muffins baked by the host are provided every morning.

Because we visited in January we didn't do much outdoors, though we managed to get in some beach walking, and took a side trip to P'town, which was pretty much a ghost town, but we did have a terrific lunch at a restaurant(Napi's, worth seeing) in the heart of town.
Can't honestly "review" Brewster itself, due to cold weather, and closure of businesses etc.. We spent much of our outdoor time , exploring by car, in and through other nearby communities.

Nice little town central to the entire cape, with great restaurants and coffee shops.
Some great take out restaurants. Ate at Sir Crickets, for seafood. Large portions, delicious, moderately priced
Visited a few of the beaches, uncrossed, great for kids.

Brewster is a lovely town full of things to do and very convenient to several fun places to go. We have been going to Brewster for over 20 years from camping to staying at hotels. Its a great place for families and has lots of options for food and lodging But I would avoid the Oceans Edge properties.

Brewster is on the bay and has some of the best bayside beaches. A bonus in Brewster are the many freshwater ponds with beach areas and lifeguards. There are a number of restaurants and seafood eateries from which to chose and the Owl Coffee Roasters has the best coffee around! The Cape Cod National Park is a 15 minute ride in the car or head out on your bicycle along the Cape Cod bike trail. The state park in Brewster offers walking trails, swimming, and camping. Other towns are not far and give you a chance to visit charming towns like Chatham and Hyannis.

The Woodshed restaurant nearby was really good, much better than I had expected: its very ordinary and the menu was nothing special but when the food arrived I was delighted. I had some of the best fish and clams of our whole trip: it was fresh, unpretentious, plentiful and simply cooked. The staff were very welcoming and attentive too.
The Spinnaker restaurant is more upmarket, serves great food, best to book in advance.
Linda was the manager I spoke with about a rate change. She was very nice, caring and professional. The staff that checked us in ( I can not remember her name) was equally friendly and gave us information about the area that was helpful. The unit was clean and beautiful. There was a fireplace and a nice little patio with a charcoal grill. I am already looking into booking my next trip. We did not use the pool, but it looked very nice. There are many restaurants and ice cream parlors in the area.
We liked everything about the rental ! The fact that you had extra blankets, ice packs for our cooler, a little baggie field with a sm bottle of dish soap, a sponge,a couple pods for the dishwasher and something else I can’t remember right now. And the best song ever was a blow dryer, extra towels, Little soaps, hair shampoo and conditioner even a new tooth brush. ( I didn’t open it ,it’s still there)😉
The grounds are kept up immaculately!
Best word to sum this stay up is perfect! We've never stayed in a place that was this immaculate. BEAUTIFUL landscaping. Attention to detail and making sure everything you could expect was taken care of- to the excellent breakfast offering to the sweet treats waiting for you in the afternoon (packaged for each room!) it was quite the wonderful experience. Would definitely recommend.
The breakfast was nice (at occean terrace). We tried to get breakfast room service one of the day and it was a mess. Couldn’t connect. When we finally did they had us wait. Ultimately, we opted out. I liked the different activities (but everything is an up charge which is different than other places). The beach area/ bar folks were working very hard.
I loved that we were about a mile's walk from the best coffee and bakery on the cape - The Snowy Owl - and that there was a bunch of walking paths around. The condo itself was adorably decorated and included a little balcony, about a million showerheads in the bathroom and a washer and dryer.
The owners have done an exceptional job of making this INN feel like a palace---clean, friendly, comfortable. Breakfast every day was an experience and delicious. They are very accommodating and helpful about the local area. Will definitely return next time am on Cape Cod
We were after a location that wasn’t too far from Boston and allowed access to the Cape- Brewster was great and the Couples Nest was a lovely, well appointed condo for 2. Communication & directions from hosts was prompt, clear & helpful.
Beautiful room. Even the bathroom was gorgeous. Lovely patio and grounds. In a beautiful area. Quick walk to the beach and restaurants. Very friendly staff. Wonderful breakfast and delicious afternoon lemon and ricotta cookies.
Amy, the owner, was vert attentive and made you feel welcome and to make yourself comfortable. The food was fantastic, the pool area was lovely- plenty of whatever you needed.
