It just needs to be cleaner in the lobby and other areas. There was a cat hanging around the front entrance all weekend. The trash cans out front look dirty; hand sanitizers have mud stains in the drip basins. Check in staff is slowwwwww!

Location is great, rooms were clean and recently renovated. I did not have a chance to get to the breakfast before it ended for the morning so can’t comment there, but having stayed at dozens of Choice Hotel properties these past few years (and Quality is usually my go to), I would definitely recommend this hotel. The Quality Inn is certainly not a fancy hotel, but for a good place to stay without breaking the bank it works for me.JJamesUnited States

My biggest concern was the condition of the hotel. It needs to be upgraded and improved. Our room showed worn carpet. The bathroom had chipped tile and unclean grout. The toilet tissue holder was bent and the tissue kept falling off. We stayed 2 nights and had to ask for extra towels. We had enough for 1 night. These are all things that can be easily fixed and make your customers want to come back.

My family came in late at night for the half way point to our destination. Our car broke down as soon as we got there. We spent the entire next day coordinating a tow truck and rental car. We had to unload our entire car, packed for three kids and a week at the Beach. The hotel staff were so helpful in letting us stay later than checkout and one staff member spent all morning helping my husband. So thankful for their kindness.AAnonymousUnited States
