The breakfast was good (waffle maker, bagel, muffins, cupcakes, sausage, bacon, eggs...)
The opportunity to make tea and hot chocolate during the whole day
The juices and water available all day
The staff was very friendly. Not so the managing team.

Cheap and cheerful and good value
Met by George on reception who friendly and informative. Checked in easily. The room was similar to a British Premier Inn, cheap and cheerful and did everything we needed it to for a stopover. With the surprise advantage of a double shower, ice machine, and microwave. Breakfast was included, a help yourself affair, all fairly standard which increased the value. George was also there in the morning making sure everyone was happy. Can’t fault it for the price.

A new hotel and although a little out of the way it’s exceptionally quiet so worth being off the highway if you don’t like to hear traffic all night. A few great restaurants close by made it an all around great stop over for our trip back home from the South

Variety of restaurants and easy to get around the area.

The road work that was underway on the way into the city was causing delays in traffic, as matter of fact it came to a standstill which was annoying but understandable.

East Syracuse was a nice place.
East Syracuse was a nice place. It was cold but it was fine. The changing of the leaves was visible and they were beautiful. There are different things to do this time of the season. It was time for apple picking and pumpkins everywhere you went. I was able to get fresh corn to bring back to the city, I love going this time, it is a good way to relieve the stress from the city.

Couldn't get a better staff! Pete and Jackie were GREAT! They know the area and have a lot of ideas when asked. Joey's Italian restaurant just down the road at Carrier Circle is easy to get to as well as Bull & Bear.

The elevator did not work & when I asked when it would be fixed, the attendant told me it would take about two years! They said that the company was awaiting parts!
Two years? C’mon!
The carpet was worn out, there was mold in the shower along the grout lines at base of the walls that meet the tub!

Motel 6 was nasty. Customer service was horrible.
Motel 6 was nasty. Customer service was horrible. Had issues right from time we checked in. No toilet paper in the room, no bed spread on the bed. Fridge didn't work, and then found couckroaches. There is no manager on site and when you ask to speak with one the help doesn't want to get the manager on the phone. If I had the extra money I would had left and went to a different place.
NOTHING!!!! When I got to the hotel, the person working the desk on Sept. 23, 2023 at 6:45, told me they sold my room to another customer, I showed him my booking, he didn’t care, he insulted me and my friend, he told me to get lost and find another hotel, I have never been so outraged by this person sense of power and disrespect, I try to get my money back but the hotel says it’s past the cancellation time, but what am I supposed to do? The take my money, tell me there is no room, and they tell me to get lost
East Syracuse is just a short drive into Downtown Syracuse. You can take 690W, or Erie Boulevard (Rt. 5), or James Street right into the heart of the city. Lots to do in and around Syracuse. East Syracuse room rates are much more reasonable than downtown rates. There were laundry machines right down the hall from the room. Our King room was at ground level and had a nice little sitting area. The overall cleanliness was exceptional.
The hotel is very nicely designed. The rooms are laid of very well. I really enjoy the Embassy Suites nightly receptions and signature breakfasts. The public area was well designed with many seating options, and the little rooms that were made with a full table, a tv, and seats were great for families. Your breakfast guy Joe is a gem and was fantastic very helpful.
The hotel was a little surprise. It was clean, quaint and easily accessible by car. The treats on arrival at reception were a hit with the kids. Absolutely loved that there was ample free parking. A rare find in the US. There is Chuck E Cheese just before the hotel driveway, which would be convenient for long stays with kids.
I was appalled that booking.com would list this property. It was filthy and unsafe for residents. We left within 5 minutes of walking in. Stains everywhere and trash as well. It looked like a hotel that was abandoned for a decade and then opened by putting bedding on the bed. Run, run, run from booking here.
The room was large and comfortable. The inside of the hotel was nicer than the area outside made me think. The room was fairly quiet, and i was able to get a good night's sleep. It wasn't too far from the airport, and wasn't terribly far from restaurants and grocery stores.

Pool and hot tub are great temperatures. The hot tub is crystal clear and well kept. The room was modern and clean. The entire hotel was well kept. The staff was pleasant, especially James and the other gentleman working at the front desk.
Hotel is very clean and quit. Nice place to stay in Syracuse especially with the location. Food venues right around the corner. I’m looking forward to my next stay. Breakfast is always hot and fresh in the mornings.
The building and elevator smells. The AC in the room was so loud, I could hardly sleep.
Checkin took more than usual time. Very bad experience. Though it is cheaper but still it was not worth it.
We booked this hotel because it was pet friendly with an outdoor pool. Perfect for a stop on a family road trip. The front desk staff was very friendly. Easy to check in and out.
The second room we were given, which did not stink of smoke, was more comfortable. Very inexpensive, but how this could be classed as a 3 star hotel is beyond me.
