There was so much wrong!
There was so much wrong! I booked a two bed room- when we arrived only 1 bed room was available. There is a hole in the bathroom ceiling and we had to check for cameras in the hole. There are ROACHES PEOPLE!! The fridge does not keep food cold- and it’s on max cold. The furniture is not stable. So disgusting 🤮 I just want my money back.KellyUnited States - 10Scored 10

Lots of seating area. The room was modern and very clean, bed was comfortable and the bathroom was roomy and fresh. The whole hotel was fresh and clean. We had a few check-in issues (room assigned with A/C not working on a 95 degree day, and no other rooms available as cleaning staff was behind), but front desk manager, Gregory, did an exceptional job handling a tough day with limited staff and upgraded us to a better room quickly. Breakfast was much better than most hotel stays.
