It wasn't worth the money we paid and nothing like what we saw on advertising. The view was great!

There was no breakfast offered, I wasn't aware of this until we arrived, however, looking back at the reservation email, it did mention that the breakfast could not be offered due to timeof year, I guess. I must have missed that detail when I received the reservation confirmation.!

The shower head and pressure was the best I’ve ever encountered. The bed was very comfortable. Towels and linens seemed brand new. The room was spacious and very clean.

We returned a 2nd time this summer, mainly to enjoy the concerts each night. We loved The Apathetics....the other 2 nights, not as much. We also took in the fireworks Wednesday night. We were a fair walk to the beach, but reasonable.
The food on the strip is very expensive...your choice whether to buy it or make other plans.
The cars on the strip love to scream their engines, especially past our hotel area.

I went up for a concert at the Hampton Beach Casino and this property was a 5 minute walk away. Only needed 1 night and knew I wouldn't be spending much time in the room. It did have an outdoor balcony - that faced the wall of the building next door, but at least we got to sit outside when we were at the room. The property is "tired" - a bit run-down but for 1 night it was fine. The price was right for these factors.

The man who greeted us upon checkin was very friendly and immediately provided extra towels at our request. The room was the perfect size for what we needed it for. Two adults, two teenagers. We absolute loved that the sink wasn’t in the bathroom! With four girls in a room it was convenient so while one was in the shower the others could share the sink and mirror to get ready. I never want the sink with the shower again. Yes, as the pictures show, the bath/toilet area is very small but we knew that ahead of time from the pictures. The beds are VERY comfortable. The location was perfect for us, we had the option of a 2 minute walk to get to the beach at the quieter end or to walk a bit more and get down to the arcade area which is typically more lively. Either way, not a far walk to everything you need. There are also at least 3 places to walk to within 5 mins for breakfast! We will be back again and hopefully we can request the same room. I will say, our room did not have a view and the window went out to the street partially and the side of another building but we liked this for privacy.

My friends and I wanted a relaxing, beach town vacation and this property was perfect for us. We were able to sit on the beach and relax and on a day that was not forcasting great weather, we headed to Portsmouth, a short drive away, and did some shopping and visited Prescott Park and had great food at The Hearth and Jumpin' Jays. We treated ourselves to the phenomenal ice cream at Beach Plum and had an amazing brunch at The Bench. Dinner at Galley Hatch was amazing. Our room was a good size for us and had everything we needed, although we did let the property manager know the mattresses in the second bedroom needed to be replaced. All in all, though, we had the vacation we wanted and needed.

Shops and restaurants bring us back to Hampton about once a year. It's an hour and half for us, so not mad far. Bernie's Restaurant especially, brings us back... upstairs, outdoor, covered by umbrella, seating...overlooking the beach, traffic, and passers-by.. is equal to the great casual food and drinks... there are times when we travel to Bernie's and home, without seeing much (if any) of the sights nearby. This trip added an overnight stay, so we hit the beach both days, the shops both days, and Bernie's for lunch both days. Win! Win! Win!
Room was clean and in good shape. It had some basic utensils and dishes, a toaster, microwave, coffee maker and a fridge. Bathroom was clean and shower worked well. We've stayed at a handful of different hotels around the beach over the years and they are all showing age, for our basic needs (we are pretty easy going, have stayed in some dives) this room was in better shape than many others. Parking was good.
Location is great, as it's located on the first few streets of Hampton Beach, you can get in and out of town whitout running into the usual seaside traffic. The beach is less than 3 minutes away from your room and that's also great. Friendly staff all around, free parking and pools aren't too busy. It came in real handy to have a few utensils, plates, pots and pans at our disposal.
Our stay was wonderful! The staff is very pleasant. Michelle was the sweetest! The entire family makes you feel like you are right at home! It is right across from the beach! The balcony is large and accomodating for a big group! Breakfast was great! The beds are so comfortable! We will make this our pick of Hampton beach in the future!
We brought our two small dogs and I have a broken ankle and am confined to a scooter. The hotel was completely accessible to me including the rooftop bar. Beach with handicapped access is literally across the street. Fireworks were right outside our patio and spectacular. We can't wait to come back!
The view was awesome. I like the covered balcony, especially since it absolutely poured out the entire time we were there. The bed was comfortable. The location is great, right in the middle of the strip. The continental breakfast is great. They have coffee, bagels, muffins and cereal
Great location, staff was friendly. other guests were very pleasant. shower was exceptional, lot's of hot water and water pressure. Beach was close, Hampton boardwalk was within walking distance. Nice views of the sun/moon rise and sunsets.
Loved the spa bath that was amazing and we loved the pool and hot tub! We loved everything around the hotel. We loved that everything was close by didn't have to travel far for the beach or stores. We both had a blast! I will come back!
From the second we got there until we left, everything was perfect. In that I spent most of my life in the military, i travelled lot and honestly never had such a positive experience as we did staying at the hotel.
I liked the location of Royale Coach Motor Lodge to the Hampton Beach area. It was an easy ride to the beach and all the wonderful restaurants that I wanted to visit. I thought that the grounds were kept up nicely.
I went last year same time and the hotel and staff was back to normal expectations. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet had good variety . Tables clean and serving area very clean.
Room was clean & comfortable. Air conditioning worked great. The hotel was easy to find and close to many businesses. About 15 minutes from Hampton beach. Pleasant experience.
