Nice updated rooms. Friendly staff.
Our fridge stopped working during night, we found the puddle on floor in morning, the staff came in and cleaned it up and offered to place a new fridge immediately, we were checking out and declined.

I liked the staff. Kemar at the front desk was friendly, efficient and extremely helpful. The young man working the breakfast area was also super helpful. The housekeeper’s were diligent.
Breakfast was good. If you include real cooked oatmeal,
add another waffle maker and another toaster it will be great.

Rooms were super clean. Great location - short drive to HOF and Dream Field. Manager was super friendly and accommodating. He even offered to pick us up from town if we couldn't get an Uber back. Well...we actually did get stuck and the manager happily came to get us around midnight! I will stay here every time we go to Cooperstown. This is service you would only from a family owned inn!
