We were very impressed with this property. In addition the hosts were extremely approachable and a pleasure to meet. We were given a comprehensive tour of this fascinating historical property which was done with passion, humour and a great deal of knowledge. It is a treasure house of artifacts which are stunning and wonderfully presented. It was a pleasure to stay there. We could not have been made more welcome and their business is a credit to them both.

The town is small with a very varied population.

The town is small with a very varied population. Middle income to very poor are intermixed in neighborhoods but everyone we encountered were very nice. There is a great deal of history here from a working cotton plantation with a great deal of history( close but over the bridge in Louisiana) many historical homes and gardens that can be visited, and a walk along the Mississippi River that is very pretty, plenty of restaurants and if you aren’t busy enough there is a casino by the river. I hope to return to see those things we missed at a future date

Natchez is a hidden gem for history buffs. Nice friendly town. Took the ‘Rev’ tour and learned a lot of history of the area. Saw a lot of gorgeous old homes and property. Also took a carriage ride through the city for more history and sights. Love the days we were here!

We found Natchez to be a very nice, clean and safe town to stay in. Lovely to stroll around the downtown and residential areas to enjoy the lovely houses and historical buildings. The area beside the MIssisipi is great for walking and just enjoying the views of the river. Plenty of options for food, drink and shopping. Well worth visiting, very friendly atmosphere.

Natchez is a beautiful old city with beautiful River views, great walking trails, great restaurants, and all kinds of shops unless you were there on a Sunday like we were. We could have easily stayed more days. Walking and watching the Fireworks on New Years Eve and the 4 walking trails were wonderful. The Magnolia Grille was great and had a great menu, including the best fried green tomatoes you can get anywhere!!! Walking around the town is easy and feels very safe.

WE WERE IN TOWN TO ATTEND A COLLEGE GRADUATION CEREMONY, SO WE DIDN'T HAVE A LOT OF FREE TIME TO EXPLORE THE CITY. THE AREAS WE VISITED WERE CLEAN, INVITING AND PICTURESQUE...I LOOK FORWARD TO VISITING THE CITY IN THE FUTURE.

Stay somewhere else than the Magnolia Bluffs Hotel.

Stay somewhere else than the Magnolia Bluffs Hotel. Booked this hotel (rate was higher than other brands) ONLY because website had SPA featured as a property amenity. NO SPA ! Access was not allowed to the advertised outdoor pool featuring a fire pit. I showed the shuttle bus driver the website and he confirmed that they didn't have those options. Did I mention …NO SPA. Front desk lady was not nice or helpful with alternatives because I had a non-refundable reservation. Ice machines only worked on floor 4 and 6 meaning I had to leave my room and take elevator up 2 floors to fill my travel cup. Never again.

We absolutely could of not stayed at a better B&B in Natchez. Joe and Precious were the ultimate hosts - awesome breakfasts, fabulous private piano concert, and so knowledgeable about the home history and area. The beds were comfortable and the place was super clean. We liked the location as it was not in the thick of everything but an easy walk to downtown. We felt we made a new friend in Joe Stone

The apartment was really lovely, beautifully decorated and spacious. Parking was available in the street outside, and the location was great for walking all around Natchez, which we did. We used the cooking facilities and the kitchen was well equipped.

The Concord rates a 10 because of its balance. Beyond its comfort and charm, the property is living history. The Concord serves as a wonderful lens through which to better understand the complex history of Natchez and area. Not your average b and b.

The hotel is fine but it needs a renovation, the room is big and comfy but everything has a vintage feeling, from the furniture to the bathroom. There's plenty of parking and breakfast is acceptable
