Restaurant was closed on a Sunday afternoon. No room service. Bar/lounge was closed also. I am disabled and walk with a cane. Our room was all the way at the end of the hall- far from the elevator and ice machine. My sister went back to the desk to get a different room. She got one two floors down and close to the ice machine. I didn’t ask for a room for my disability needs, so that is my fault.

Didn’t get breakfast because online I thought it says breakfast was included that’s why I chose the hotel but it wasn’t . It’s was a great stay but across the street at the Drury which is nice hotel and breakfast is included.

The bed was very comfortable and the shower was great. Breakfast in the morning was delicious and fulfilling. The hotel was linked to the mall and many reastaurants to choose from for dinner.
