I loved 😍 everything I've actually booked here before in the past. The pool was clean & sparkling enjoyed a brief swim. After a 30 minute wait because I booked a smoking room so we went back and got one. But the staff member that helped me from beginning to end was so rude I considered cancelling and having my money returned to my card! But it was toooo late in the day, on top of alllll the attitude and rudeness I received and I was just checking in to my room mind you didn't know this lady from a can of paint. She was throwing alllll this negative energy towards my way without a BRA! On!!! So unprofessional especially dealing with customers in a business setting.
