The pictures on the internet and the reviews I read lead me to believe this would be a satisfactory hotel for two women and a child but when we arrived it appeared very unkempt and unclean and in an unsafe part of town. We tried to cancel on booking. Com and with the hotel because of these reasons and because the pictures online were misleading but both parties were very rude and uncooperative.

It was easy to get to from the highway, Vernon is a little town. We walked to a Vietnamese Restaurant next door and the food and service was nice and quick.PamelaUnited States
