breakfast was great, lots of choices and well stocked. Staff was so friendly and helpful. The coffee was so good, I don't know what kind it was, but it is a keeper !!
I think Wakefield is nice! I have only been there one other time but l like it l really like the Four Points By Sheraton hotel very nice and easy on and off exits! It has a nice outlet Mall called Market Place that l went to with a friend and went out to a restaurant there called Burtons Bar And Grill very good food! And there was other options as well! Wakefield is also not far from other towns and beaches to explore! I just wish l would of had more time to explore more things! I really liked the hotel so l will be back in the very near future! And again also like the area! I would highly recommend the Four Points Hotel and the area!

The town was historical, informative and very interesting, many restaurants for various pallets and very good food, the people were nice and very festive, my stay at Four Points Sheraton was horrible woke up to a roach on the bed, when we addressed this at the front desk it went from bad to worse, although the place looked very nice waking up to a roach in one of their better rooms was very discouraging, this hotel turned my eventful trip sour

This was a horrible place to stay with my 13 year old handicap son. The vending is upstairs not wheelchair accessible.the cable disnt work and staff didnt care.the bathroom was filthy amd the lobby and lounge kept us up all nite with loud music vibrating our walls and drunks yelling. My son was literally scared to be there.definatley never going back.we had to order dominoes because the lounge was busy entertaining kareoke.
This hotel is situated adjacent to I95, which might be troublesome if you are unaccustomed to traffic noise. Our room was situated around the back of the hotel and we could not hear the interstate. The hotel is modern, spacious, elegant, with nice public areas at the front, a cosy fire and sitting area. Breakfast was more than plentiful with good choices and great coffee.
Around the back of the hotel is a large shopping district.
Beds were super comfortable and the bathroom was nice and spacious.
Better value than central Boston hotels yet easy enough to get into downtown Boston. Take Bus 137 from right outside to Oak Grove metro on the Orange line. The metro line was being repaired when we visited so there was a replacement bus service that worked well and was free. On return trip stay on bus 137 as it goes round other side of lake first and comes back to Lakeside Inn.
Local supermarkets less than 5 min away by car.
*A bottle of water for each day we stayed was a very nice touch and we appreciated more on the days we forgot to bring water in to the hotel with us we just grabbed one
**Breakfast and host for the breakfast was lovely and very attentive helped customers who needed help we stayed for 11 nights and one day she was off we felt her absence .
We were looking for a stop to brake up an 11 hour drive. We chose this place for price and proximity to Salem. We did not spend much time here. The bed was comfy and that is all we really wanted. There was a hotel bar as well. We did have a few drinks so that was nice.
breakfast was very good.very clean and staff were very friendly.Hotel lobby was very nice and location was very close to Boston and Salem,a lot cheaper than staying in Boston if you have your own car or transportation.
Friendly and helpful reception staff. Room was well equipped and clean if a little "tired". Bed was extremely comfortable. The location was excellent for viewing the July 4th parade which started outside the hotel!
We were promised breakfast and were charged in my booking for that, but hotel denied for breakfast and i made complaint to Booking.com by email but no reply and no discount inn prices as well. Very sad.
The staff was so nice and helpful.. I saw alotof reviews about the traffic being loud but honestly I cold barely hear it.. plenty of options for breakfast and the shops behind the hotel was a bonus
I really liked the service at the reception, as the girls who attended me were very polite and helpful, the room was very clean and comfortable, I loved the hotel, I had a great stay
Gorgeous reception area with big high ceilings. Room spacious for two people. Bed was comfortable. Location ideal for shopping in Lynnfield.
Very near family living in Wakefield.
pretty well updated and maintained considering how old the hotel is. location is great and safe if you want to be in the Wakefield area. desk staff was friendly.
Loved the location on the lake and that it was quiet and peaceful. All of hotel staff I encountered (primarily the front desk) were friendly and helpful!
