Been staying at this location for a long time, close to downtown area with lots of local restaurants near by as well. Clean rooms with comfortable beds, good space for bathroom and shower area. Have to say both Troy and Gina were very welcoming and helpful with my stay there. Great size breakfast area with lots of seating but yet casual, out of the way of lobby traffic with a large TV to catch morning news. Still get a free paper!!

It is a beautiful old mansion and something different from a regular chain hotel. Staff were incredible - helpful and courteous. The breakfast was delicious. We were a 10 minute drive from downtown and would recommend. The hotel has recently been purchased and we learned about the history and while there are some small things that look a bit tired, there was no impact on our wonderful stay - I would definitely stay again!

Not too much. We needed a hotel with a suite in order to be able to have our little kids in the same room.

We stayed for one night. The parking and the price of the room were the things that I liked.
Great staff,
One bedroom suite very roomy. Had small fridge with freezer, microwave, sink, captain chairs with table which grandkids used for arts & crafts. Very large shower and large bedroom.
King room with sofa also very roomy. Great hotel & location. We went to see the eclipse and watched from the patio outside the enclosed pool.

There was a huge misunderstanding about our bill.
There was a huge misunderstanding about our bill. Unfortunately when I went back to the hotel when I saw the charge the man at the counter didn’t understand the charge either. By the time I reached the manager Sunday I was fuming but she was very kind and explained that we were not charged for smoking. After she explained your policy to my daughter we were very grateful she was very nice it was the manager who worked Sunday march 12th

This is a great location to go see Niagara falls, it wasn't too far away and it was away from all the congestion. We also went to the Buffalo zoo and that was great too! There's a Wegmans and a tops grocery store right across the street and that was great to pick up stuff we forgot and it was a great place to grab dinner one night!! They both had fresh sandwiches, soups, salads even macaroni and cheese. It was a great alternative to going to a restaurant every night.
Also the hotel breakfast was good, there's plenty of choices to choose from for a great start to your day!!

Great location. Food great as compared to most hotels.
Great location. Food great as compared to most hotels. Bonus "Happy Hour" outstanding... never had such an offer from any other hotels ventured. Rooms clean, tidy and staff professional at all levels. On site Parking, superb!
What made my stay at this Hampton Inn great was the staff. The staff were extremely friendly from the check in to check out and all points in between. The room was very good, not great. Im very particular about hotel room details so I saw minor flaws in the bathroom that made me do a double take. Not a huge deal but I did notice. I was there as a quick trip to Niagara Falls. My husband and two teen daughters had a nice time. I can't emphasize enough how great the staff were. Keep up the good work and customer service.
clean rooms and building. reasonable walking distance to Falls and adjacent entertainment, great for families with children as amusement park and food outlets very close. easy to access by car in a not congested location. on-site gated parking lot @15 Canadian dollar/day. No restaurant onsite but there are many options in the area.
the hotel was very clean, comfortable and the perfect location for our trip. the bed was very comfortable and the room spacious. breakfast was very good- something for everyone and food replenished quickly. very good value for the price.
This was right off of I-90, which was handy for me as I was passing through and just needed a place to sleep for the night. The inside of the hotel was very nice, clean, and welcoming.
The gentleman taking care of the dining area was very good. Friendly, he was always cleaning up the mess left by guests and the food was hot and plentiful.
