Extraordinary value! A beautifully set up large room with imaginative decor blending the old and the new. Tea/coffee-making facilities in room and reception and added bonus. Room had two balconies and a pleasant local outlook. Excellent bathroom facilities (although there could have been better lighting). On-site restaurant had great-value tasty meals (although the breakfast was a little inadequate). Reviews of the city under-rate the place: the bazaar was great.
1863 Boutique Hotel features free WiFi throughout the property and views of mountain in Peje.

We came to Peje to go hiking in the nearby hills on the newly established Balkan Trail. An infrastructure to support walkers is in its early days, but easy enough to figure nonetheless. We loved the walking, staying in friendly hotels - and of course drinking lots of Peje beer.

The weather was chilly, but we still enjoyed our 3 days. The area is beautiful and we will need to return during the summer months to explore the mountains. The people were unbelievably friendly (as in all of Kosovo). We made friends with the workers at Coki's Pizzeria near the river. We also enjoyed the walk along the trail on the southern side of the river. There is a small little place to have coffee on the opposite side of the river where you cross the bridge. Very scenic!

Peja is a cool old city with a fun market and several very old mosques as well as an old monastery with a 1,000 year-old mulberry tree. Peja is walkable, but driving in it is the pits. Don;t depend on Google or Apple maps. The mountains and gorge are amazingly beautiful. And where else can you go on a zipline or complete and obstacle course for just 10 euro each?

The town has a very picturesque location There is nothing exceptional about the town itself. It has an Old Bazaar which is in fact not very old, having been reconstructed following damage sustained during the Kosovan War. In the summer I am sure Peje would make a pleasant stopping point, with its multiple coffee shops and restaurants. The big draw to the town is surely its proximity to the Patriarchal Monastery on the outskirts of the town and the Visoki Dečani Monastery, some 12 km from Peje. These are both UNESCO World Heritage sites. Peje also provides a gateway to the Rugova mountains.

Peja seems perfect for those going climbing/hiking in the nearby mountains. Museum next door is small but interesting.
Decani Monastery is a lovely trip, but needs bus to Decani and then taxi and the same to come back to Peja. 15€ for taxi from Peja.
Great location in the city center. Staff was so friendly and helpful. They even offered us a room-upgrade for free when we checked-in. Clean, quiet, daylighted room with very comfortable bed. Enjoyed a lot our morning coffee on the room balcony which has an amazing Mountain View by the river. Strong Wifi connection helped me a lot for my online meetings during our stay. There was a free parking lot available near by the hotel.
Overall the hotel exceeded our expectations, and we will definitely stay again.
Just wrapped up a delightful stay at Hotel te Liqeni, The service was impeccable, and the attention to detail was evident in every aspect. The room was cozy, offering a relaxing atmosphere. From check-in to check-out, the staff’s hospitality exceeded expectations. Highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and enjoyable experience. Will come back definitely soon.
The location couldn’t have been any better! Center of town with a lot of restaurants nearby and the monastery is a 20 minute walk. Rooms and bathroom were very clean. You have an exceptional view of the mountains from the balcony. Shared kitchen is well stocked and there are a lot of brochures for Peje information. We were able to do laundry for 5E.
Great location in a historic building, excellent food, and very helpful staff. We used to live in Peja and this was one of our favorite restaurants. They’ve added hotel rooms and it’s the perfect option for your stay in Peja. Accommodations were great and will definitely return!
Beautiful Hotel, amazing location, stylish rooms, the rooms couldn't have been nicer and more comfortable, Diellza, Asko, Rroni and the rest of the staff were amazing, they took care of us every need. Don't think twice just book Benelux Hotel here in Peja.
Dini (the owner) is phenomenally generous and kind. He went above and beyond to help us during our stay. The hotel is beautiful and very new, and the restaurant is the best in town. I cannot recommend this enough. Stay here!!
The hosts were very kind and helpful.
The room was very clean and the facilities met all our needs. The hotel was easy to find and very good located/
Also, the breakfast was very good :) Would highly recommend !
Great location, inexpensive had the basics for a stay. Communication was good with the owner and the parking spot was perfect. The heat worked great as we were there during a cold spell.
