Friendly welcome, helpful lovely staff, clean, quiet location but still close to everything, bike rentals for the whole of our stay, the Roadside Grill was just out front to the right and did the most amazing BBQ fish/chicken/curry's! We could drink the tap water too as it was filtered which was a huge plus and on top of all of that - we loved that the toilet seat was japanese style ;)

Clean and comfortable condo with fabulous view. Always someone at the front desk to help arrange transportation etc. the property arranged a taxi to pick us up at the water taxi to take us to the condo which was very convenient with our larger party. Beds were comfortable and clean and location was quiet. Pool was well kept and clean. We utilized the complementary paddle boards and loved the dock. Kitchen was stocked with all necessary utensils and purified water was provided in a water dispenser in the unit.

Everything. Mike and Lily welcomed us with beer and first advises. They also arranged and paid taxi from ferry to the Lily Pad. The accommodation was very clean and included everything (A/C in both bedrooms, fridge, barrels of water, basic spices etc.) They also provided us cream after sunburnt after they saw our red skin. In conclusion, it was our best stay in Belize.

Lovely private cottage on the water! Amazing sunset views. You can view sea life right from the edge of the seawall - sting rays, fish, and crabs! The cottage is well appointed with quality items- sheets, pillows, mattress, furniture, kitchen items, towels, and a supply of spices, coffee, filters, and cold beer in the fridge! Bicycles are also provided. The AC cools the home quickly!

WE had the unit with a kitchen and sitting area with 3 bedrooms. It was really nice to have the extra space.The garden was so beautiful and the units are set back from the main street. The area is walking distance to the main area, but this is quieter. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and reading, then having a dip in the pool. We would recommend this to anyone.

Beautiful, comfortable home. Great location, private and well equipped to make it your home away from home. Loved the views, the front porch and hammocks. Appreciated the check-in process and the help getting to the house from the airport/water taxi.
