We had a great time, it's a lovely house! Kim, the owner, was very helpful and welcoming. The house is equipped with everything (dishes, cutlery, washing machine). There are 2 terraces with tables and chairs. Some very cute cats visited us. We'd love to be back!

The host was very nice. He prepared for us a full fridge of food, water, drinks to last us 1-2 days until we could go to a local shop. The property was very quiet and very clean. Nice garden with a lot of fruit trees. All around, a very pleasant stay.

Boasting air-conditioned accommodation with a private pool, mountain view and a patio, Lachi Marina Villa #17 is situated in Polis Chrysochous.

Stayed with my wife here for a small holiday in april. The villa was amazing! View from every room is directly to the sea and the whole bay. It was beautiful to wake up there every morning. The villa itself is big and spacious, especialy the first floor (huge comfortable couch in front of fireplace was our favourite place to chill). My wife also loved the kitchen as it was very thought through with every single thing you could possibly need during your stay (coffee machine, dishwasher, waterfilter, wine fridge and so on), also separate laundry room. I want to highlight the barbeque area, cooked there nearly everyday. The territory is not too big, however it is very cozy and even has a swing. We stayed in other villas in this area, but this one definitely stands out. I would also add that location is marvelous. We already know this area, but this villa is situated in such a good place as it is very close to the beach, restaurants, shops and the fishing village Latchi. Overall we honestly give this place a 10/10 as we had an amazing time here, and also we had absolutely zero problems. Easily found the keys, moved in with everything being ready and left exactly as we planned. Will definitely return here again!
