Everything was great. The apartment even exceeded expectations, everything is very modern, very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is spacious and equipped with everything you need. Delicious coffee in the coffee machine. I would like to say a special thanks the hostess for her warm welcome. Sonila was very helpful and gave us all the information about the apartment and the surrounding area. We were allowed to leave things until the evening, which was very convenient. The location of the apartment is good, close to the very center with restaurants and shops, minutes 5-10. We reached the station in 15 minutes, and the old town up the street in half an hour. Thank you very much, Sonila!

Carmello was extremely responsive and helpful. He brought us a pan that the apartment was lacking within 30 minutes of the time I messaged him about it. The apartment was clean and had all the other necessities in the kitchen. Great location nearby to many restaurants and a supermarket. I'd definitely recommend this place.

We liked this apartment very much. Rooms were clean and warm. It was raining in Bergamo when we were there, there were umbrellas for our use. Emy was very helpful, she gave us lots of information about what to see and where to eat. Kitchen is well equiped, there was even tee and coffee.

We were given clear instruction on how to obtain the keys, and which appartment was the right one. The interior was very well done, modern and cosy and a private garden too! The neighborhood wasn't the most exciting but Bergamo and the highway were both easily accessible within a couple of minutes, as well as stores. There were also a bunch of flyers and info brochures which make it easy for tourists to find something of interest.

Upon request, he shared the best place to eat dinner. Very nice and helpful. There is a cabin and a shop next to the apartment.
