Costruito nel 1750 per la cottura del pane, l'Ofenhaus si trova nel centro di Murten, a 1 km dalla fattoria dei proprietari, ed è stato trasformato nel 2013 in un monolocale che offre la connessione... We loved staying at the quaint little ‘Ofenhaus’! It was everything we expected, based on the Booking.com description, and maybe even a bit better. :) The cleanliness was exemplary! I really am quite exacting concerning hygiene — and this place was literally spotless! The whole place smelt of fresh laundry when we walked in — it really doesn’t get any better than that! The water temperature and pressure in the shower are great! Since both my husband & I have long, luxurious hair, this is a crucial point for us. Many holidays have been ruined, alas, because of bad (cold, weak) showers — but not at the ‘Ofenhaus’! Everything works to perfection! The location is really quiet & calm, but the beautiful medieval town of Murten can be reached on foot (via a short walk of 1km). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would definitely book the ‘Ofenhaus’ again if we happened to stay in the area in the future!

Set in Châtillon, within 34 km of Forum Fribourg, Romantic Châlet with TOP Panorama offers accommodation with air conditioning. Our very comfortable little chalet looked out over beautiful Lake Neuchatel. The patio was large and well furnished, so we sat outside with our drinks watching the boats sailing on the lake. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed for a nice stay. Restaurants, groceries, and bakeries were just a short drive into the beautiful old town. Our hosts were kind and extremely gracious. We would be very happy to stay again!

Sumptuous breakfast served every morning, with variety. Great view of a lake and mountains, close to a lot of hiking areas. Had access to 2 floors of the chalet, with a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. TV with Netflix!
