Offering a garden and quiet street view, Villas Mapache del Caribe is set in Puerto Viejo, 400 metres from Negra Beach and 6.3 km from Jaguar Rescue Center. The property was secure, clean, tidy, and the pool/ garden area was lovely. A short walk to a supermarket, and playa negra. Lots of space for parking if you are planning to rent a car for your trip! Hosts were super helpful with any requests and particularly with transport as we did not rent a vehicle of any sort during our stay.

Featuring a garden and views of garden, Casa ANA KIMBA is a recently renovated holiday home set in Puerto Viejo, 1.3 km from Negra Beach. Our stay was hands down one of our best so far in costa rica, all thanks to the wonderful hosts and amazing room. The room itself was very clean, big, comfortable and fully equipped. It was located in a central area of puerto viejo which is close to all sights and attractions while being very quiet. The street is well lit and there is a parking option on site. The hosts themselves were very kind and helpful and made us feel at home. They are very knowledgeable about the area, and their tips and suggestions were second to none. Though we did not try Jose's breakfast, it looked absolutely delicious! We would come back in a heartbeat

Boasting garden views, Villas Piña - Adults only provides accommodation with a garden and a balcony, around 700 metres from Negra Beach. The best service I have ever experienced, our host Eric was there for us at any time, we were able to spot many animals on the property, including sloths, tucans, iguanas and green frogs. The breakfast was always prepared freshly for us when we sat down and the kitchen staff managed to surprise us every day. Every morning coffee was brought to our rooms before we woke up.

Located in Puerto Viejo and only 1.4 km from Cocles Beach, Lomas del Caribe provides accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking. The villas are very well equipped to cook anything you like! You can tell the person in charge cares about maintenance and does a good job at it. The pool was cleaned everyday, I asked for more sheets and towels and they were provided right away. Communication was excellent and easy via Whatsapp. Highly recommended for a group of four or family with kids. Very private, you can hear the monkeys howling and all kinds of birds chirping. Close to all main beaches (Cocles, Puerto Viejo and my fave, Punta Uva).

Los Delfines Lodge, a property with a garden, is set in Puerto Viejo, 1.2 km from Cocles Beach, 2.4 km from Chiquita Beach, as well as 1.8 km from Jaguar Rescue Center. Ok, let me start with the fact I almost never share comments on booking.com. But for Los Delfinos Lodge I want to make an exception. Miguel is absolutely AMAZING. Oh and did I say that the property is as amazing as Miguel? The hospitality, the car drive in the night to the city Center, the stories about the environment, the bikes, the beds. Lovely to wake up with the sound of howler monkeys and then make our breakfast in our own kitchen. This is the message you wanted to read in the reviews: go to los delfinos lodge, you won’t regret it! 🙏 ❤️🍀

Caribbean Secret is located 450 metres from Cahuita Beach and 1.7 km from Playa Negra Beach. It features free WiFi throughout and a garden. The houses will provide you with a patio and a seating area.... it was a beautiful location and very close to the entrance of the national park. we also enjoyed seeing the monkeys and chickens around the area and made friends with a cat!

Featuring garden views, Paraíso Verde offers accommodation with a garden, around 31 km from Ebal Rodriguez Stadium. This holiday home provides free private parking, a 24-hour front desk and free WiFi.... There were so many things to like about Paraiso Verde. The accomodation was very nice and very clean. The surrounding garden was very beautiful. The place is very quiet and peaceful. At the place was a bouquet of freshly picked flowers and 2 homemade coconut sweets and mangos from the owners garden. The owner and her sun gave us a tour in their garden and property. They both couldn't have been more friendly and hospitable. We absolutely loved our stay.
