The sauna and the fireplace completed the whole experience. We decided to have dinner at home instead of going out to enjoy the comfort and warmth. We woke up every day surrounded by snow and silence, it was like a fairytale! Position is perfect, very close to Ruka village but away from the bustle, next to a quiet lake (frozen at the moment of my visit) and surrounded by a beautiful landscape. Marita has been quick and efficient in her communication, she explained everything we needed to know when we arrived, and was available at any time. You can tell it's a family owned business! I wish I could stay more!

The location is perfect: just 5 min drive from the skiing slopes but it’s in its own peace. The kitchen is well-equipped and it was nice to eat in the middle of relaxing surroundings. We really enjoyed the jacuzzi as well. We had some difficulties with the electricity but the host couple helped us to fix the situation right away which was lovely.
