A recently renovated holiday home set in Reykjahlíð, Myvo The Studio apartment at Geiteyjarströnd 4 features a garden. Such a lovely cosy apartment with windows all round and overlooking Lake Myvatn. It was the perfect place to relax and hope to see the Northern Lights from the big balcony outside. The place was thoughtfully designed as open plan with nice touches such as candles and rugs. The underfloor heating was very efficient and plenty of kitchenware plus oven, stovetop, microwave, washing machine etc. We had looked at slightly cheaper options nearby but I think it was worth paying a little extra for this one. Would highly recommend!

Situated in Myvatn, within 50 km of Godafoss Waterfall, Slow Travel Mývatn - Óli's Homestay-Private house v is an accommodation offering mountain views. Lovely stay and the owners put an effort into conserving the heritage of Iceland as well as being sustainable. The space is very spacious and had everything we needed. We had a really lovely time!

Situato a Myvatn, a 5 km dai Bagni Naturali di Myvatn, l'Hlíd Huts offre la vista sul lago e servizi gratuiti quali la connessione WiFi e un parcheggio privato. Posizione stupenda di fronte a un campo di lava nelle vicinanze del lago Mývatn. L'hut era carinissimo e confortevole, con un patio ben esposto al sole e ideale per una cena all'aperto rilassante. I servizi del campground sono ottimi e la colazione abbondante. Zona comunque molto tranquilla.
