The room was very clean and we liked the easy access to the pool. The cleaning was done every day thoroughly. They have a restaurant where you can have breakfast and dinner which is very convenient. The surroundings are very quiet and relaxing. The staff accommodated all the requests we had, even provided us with transportation to the train station to get to Rome.

Great countryside with a view of the small medieval towns. Perfect for families, but also couples. Elizabeth was a very friendly and communicative woman. We had a lovely conversation with her. The breakfast was more than in any Italian hotel we have stayed in during that 1,5 weeks. We liked every minute of our stay!! Recommend 100 %!!

(..and I have stayed all over Europe in some very highly starred hotels) From the start a relaxed family feel. Gianni and Monica are wonderful , kind and attentive. Nothing is too much trouble, the property has everything, felt fully relaxed in a peaceful area with lots for our daughter Elizabeth to do. Free to almost treat everything as your own with some wonderful meals cooked by Monica too. It was in the end difficult to leave (with a box of freshly picked plums for the journey supplied by Gianni!) Wished we had stayed for longer - will be back. Thank you so much Gianni and Monica, made our holiday in Italy very special!
