Rainbow Sky Cottage er nýlega enduruppgerð heimagisting sem er staðsett í Ella, 6,5 km frá brúnni Demodara Nine Arch Bridge og býður upp á garð og útsýni yfir garðinn. This is an excellent, small, family-run hotel. Excellent view of the looping railroad through the woods, beautiful mountains, and small farms. Unique construction using local timber. Amazing food on request. We had pleasant conversations with all family members who have local ancestry.

Perfect location close to Ella and its amenities but also a welcome escape from the noise and activity that the town has. From our warm greeting upon arrival to the time we left, the staff were amazing and cannot do enough for you. VIraj has an excellent knowledge of all things Ella, the surrounding areas, and his whole country. He is happy to provide ideas of locations to visit, without pushing you to participate into organsied activites you may not want. Our room was large, the most spacious we have enjoyed in our three weeks in Sri Lanka. Included were a large and comfortable bed, a spacious bathroom (with a full bath), extra chairs to sit on and tea, coffee and water facilities. Water pressure in the bathroom was excellent and there was plenty of hot water. Excellent airconditioning. The room had a fantastic large balcony overlooking the town and is a welcome retreat during the day or when you return from a day out and want to relax. A beautiful view of the lights of Ella and surrounding hillsides at night. On top of the building is a rooftop deck, with some chairs and a table, great for a sunrise view or sunset drink, enough space for your daily yoga. While wi-fi in the room was not particulaly strong, it was very good in the dining area. Breakfast was plentiful and they did well to accommodate our specific dietary needs. However, the dinner was extra delicious, so much so, we participated in the cooking classes they offer in their small kitchen onsite. You can tailor your classes to the specific dishes you want to cook. Under head cook Buddika, his second cook Ruwan and the guidance of Lahiru, we not only had heaps of fun, but learnt many techniques for sucessful Sri Lankan cooking and how to use spices and herbs to create delicious local flavours. An additional bonus, they also only use locall products in their cooking. And the meal to finish was so good! We left reluctantly and miss the whole team at Cozy Cottage Ella. Definitely recommend it here!

Avenra Cottage er gististaður með garði og verönd í Ella, 1,5 km frá Demodara Nine Arch Bridge, 49 km frá Hakgala-grasagarðinum og 1,5 km frá Little Adam's Peak. The host is very kind and helpful, the space outside and inside the room is excellent, the view is very good, the location is great, it is very clean, and the breakfast is wonderfull and delicious.

3Arch Eco Cottage Ella er staðsett í Ella, 2,7 km frá Demodara Nine Arch Bridge og býður upp á gistirými með garði, ókeypis einkabílastæði og veitingastað. Very friendly staff. The location is lovely, although the road to the hotel is a bit narrow with lots of corners (as it's in the mountain). The cottages looked cute from the outside. The bathroom was okay. I like how it has 3 parts. It was quite and peaceful (this might depend on your neighbors, we had neighbors, but we didn't hear them). We saw lots of squirrels from our balcony and the restaurant, so adorable. When we went to the little town, we walked passed the tea fields. Very beautiful.

Wonderful and clean cottage with a good bed. Owner was nice and made us a very nice Sri Lankan breakfast. If you like you can also get a western breakfast. The location is good and all the shops are in walking distance.

A great accommodation with a lot of attention to details. Also, very clean, the cleanest we’ve stayed at in Sri Lanka. The view is very beautiful. The breakfast very tasty. Also, the owners are extremely nice, they helped us with a lot of advices.

Ella 100 View Cottage er gististaður með garði í Ella, 6 km frá Demodara Nine Arch Bridge, 50 km frá Hakgala-grasagarðinum og 1,7 km frá Ella Spice Garden. The view is amazing. Owner is really welcoming and breakfast is on your balcony.

Tea Cabins er staðsett í Ella, í 18 mínútna göngufjarlægð frá brúnni Demodara Nine Arch Bridge og býður upp á garð og verönd. The guest house was sourounded by the tea plantations, whitch let to a wonderful natural experience with a beautiful view. The guest house itself was like a dream came true, every detail like the lights and the funiture was carfully chosen and incited to join the admosphere. It had two hammocks, a private pool and also a biger pool to share. The owner was really friendly and anticipated every wish. The food was delicious and more than enought.

Saddle Cottage býður upp á gistingu í Ella, 2,2 km frá Demodara Nine Arch Bridge og 900 metra frá Ella Spice Garden. Ókeypis WiFi er til staðar. Allar einingarnar eru með svalir með fjallaútsýni. Clean room, nice view, very sweet people, every morning a nice different breakfast. Highly recommendable

Sudumal Cottage er staðsett í innan við 4,6 km fjarlægð frá Demodara Nine Arch Bridge og 48 km frá Hakgala-grasagarðinum í Ella. Boðið er upp á gistirými með setusvæði og eldhúsi. Everything was more than perfect ! My best homestay in one month in Sri Lanka. Incredible smiley family, super super nice mama, room with outspace, hot shower, huge breakfast, super localisation (1 min by foot from city center), view to mountains !
