Jungle beach 2 bedroom cottage is set in Bocas del Toro and offers a garden and a terrace. This property offers access to a balcony, free private parking and free WiFi. Everything! The cottage is beautiful...large with big bedrooms. The kitchen/ sitting area was spacious. The outdoor balcony is wide with a dining table and a view of the jungle...along with jungle sounds! The cottage is all wood giving it a real comfortable relaxing feeling. Close to the beach and several restaurants. Fabulous...if we ever get back to Bluff we would absolutely stay again 😊

Located in Bocas del Toro and only 200 metres from Carenero Beach, The Birds Nest provides accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. Great place, lovely hosts. I recommend.

Situated within 600 metres of Carenero Noreste Beach and 1.1 km of Paunch Beach in Bocas del Toro, Casa Salvaje Vacation Rentals offers accommodation with seating area and a kitchenette. Marjorie's apartments are perfect for a stay in Bocas del Torro. The accommodation is about 4 km outside of Bocas Town, which is why I rented a bike (super easy) to be able to move around more flexibly. but there are also cafes and beaches nearby that you can walk to or take a cab (I just preferred the bike). Every morning started with a homemade coffee in the hammock on the terrace - could be worse ;). I can recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a quiet place that is out of town on the main island.

True Nature Jungle House is located in Bastimentos and offers a terrace. The property features city and sea views. Angie is the most amazing host! The jungle house she build is awesome and we've had a wonderful stay. Angie is well connected and can help arrange tours and transport. She has some great suggestions on where to eat and things to do on and off the island.  The community living on Bastimentos is lovely and the town feels like something out of an adventure novel. The house is situated right on the jungle trail to Wizard Beach, where you have a chance to spot birds and wildlife. Mere 50m from the house you have Mami's Restaurant, who is somewhat of a mother figure in town and is a great cook! There is also a small nature reserve an adventurous 20min walk from the house which is a must see on Bastimentos. Although it first looks like a garden, the reserve is a gateway to the jungle on the island. Within an hour or so we've seen sloth, capuchin monkeys, cayman and redfrogs. Also Mami's super sweet dog aptly named Princess might show up at the house and demand cuddles. She is somewhat of a local celebrity and you'd best abide.

Monkey Tiny House - Private swimming pool in Big Bight provides adults-only accommodation with pool with a view, a garden and a bar. There is an in-house restaurant and free private parking. Highly recommend this place. The place is clean and spacious. The place is exactly how it is in the photos.Best value for your money bonus points the host is very friendly!

Bocas Garden Lodges in Bocas del Toro provides adults-only accommodation with a garden and barbecue facilities. With inner courtyard views, this accommodation offers a patio. We loved our stay in Bocas Garden Lodges :) The location was perfect for us; we wanted to be a little further away from the center to have peace and tranquility, but still close enough to so it would be easy to move around. We stayed for 6 nights and rented a scooter for our whole stay (scooter was 35dollars/day). With the scooter we moved around the island really easily, it was a 10minute ride from the center. You can also rent bikes from the property or move around with taxi(3 dollars/person). The lodges were nicely decorated and there was enough room to feel comfortable. There is no door to the bathroom, but this didn't bother us. The outdoor kitchen and lodging area was our favorite! It was nice to cook and have breakfast outdoors in the nature. The kitchen was missing a few things (like salt and oil), but we got it from the supermarket. The lodge is new, so I guess with more time there will be more stuff in the kitchen for the guests to use. We met one of the brothers, Flo. He was super nice and friendly and was always for our help if we needed something. Felt like we got a new friend when staying there :) Thank you so much for everything, hopefully we meet again!

Located in Bocas del Toro, Vladi Eco House provides air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony and free WiFi. Outdoor dining is also possible at the holiday home. Suyi & JJ are wonderful hosts maintain a clean comfortable Caribbean house. They made us feel welcome during our 4 nights. They live nearby & grew up in the village which reassured us. They also provided helpful general safety tips for the area. Communication was great. Suyi provided detailed directions with videos to find the house. It was nice that they both checked in with us throughout our stay to ensure we were ok whilst also respecting our space to relax. The house is a spacious 2 bedrooms; a nice change to staying in a hotel. It’s built on stilts & nestled in the path leading to the 20 minute jungle hike to Wizard beach. We were lucky with the climate - the jungle was dry and it was safe to swim (it can be known to be muddy with riptides). Life is colourful & lively amongst the local community. There are many things to observe from the balcony; the neighbours’ passion for music throughout the day, the animals, and the sea view. The spacious wraparound balcony was incredible to appreciate morning coffee. Other highlights: Big walk-in shower, wood flooring, dimmable ceiling lights, American fridge with filtered rainwater and ice maker. Good Wi-Fi connection, Spacious lounge with comfortable sofas. The AC worked well from both bedrooms along with the lounge ceiling fans. Hot water was great. We didn’t have cleaning/fresh linens during the 4 nights; but if we stayed longer we might have asked if it could be arranged. The kitchen is well equipped. The filter coffeemaker, cutlery, basic utensils/cutlery were useful even though we opted to dine out as to not invite jungle critters. Suyi’s mum also offers laundry service, and we booked our boat taxi with her father back to Bocas. The location is convenient. There are a couple of mini supermarkets within 5-10 minutes walk of the house. A handful of restaurants are less than 15 minutes walk, as is the main port for taxi boats.

Offering a terrace and sea view, Urania House is situated in Bocas del Toro, 500 metres from Istmito and 1.8 km from Y Griega Beach. This beachfront property offers access to a balcony and free WiFi. The host was fantastic, helpful, and friendly. I always inspect the facility with a black light (UV) when we travel. This is the first and ONLY room or house that has passed the test! The house was cleaner than my own. There was nothing to be desired with this rental. Everything we needed was provided and of exceptional quality.
