Good location for a variety of day trips (Mesa Verde, Durango, Telluride, Mancos, hiking destinations including the very close by McPhee reservoir overlook trail) Very nice (although pricey) small grocery nearby with a surprisingly good variety of foods (including Asian groceries, organic produce, etc.) Bedding was nice, beds comfortable. Good sized kitchen, dining area, and bedrooms. Pretty new, good quality appliances, Ninja blender, and everything worked as intended. Host/staff were very responsive about to our one request during our stay There were more than enough dishes, cups, etc. to run a full dishwasher load so we didn't have to do dishes after every meal and the dishwasher cleaned well Washer/dryer for guest use

Everything is exactly as published! Apartment is clean and in a really great location. Bedrooms are comfortable and there is even more space for people to sleep in the couch in the living room (we didn't use it).
