Modern, but also with a rustic Italian feel. Clean, spacious, well set out, private, quiet, lots of equipment in apartment to enjoy lunch or dinner, fridge, cooker, pots pans, dishwasher, lots of plates cup and glasses. Only 10/15 mins from Cisternino or Locorontondo which both have lovely walking areas and restaurants. Pool was beautiful and kids really enjoyed it. We didn’t hear other people in rooms next to us and all families there were like minded so lovely environment.

Great location, easy to get by car to touristic destinations in Valle D'Itria. Clean and spacious apartment. Lots of space outside as well, children will be happy to see the animals raised by the host. Exceptional breakfast, being delivered every morning in a dedicated box, which can be served outside or in your room. Many thanks to Orazio and Mariateresa for being always happy to help us!

We absolutely loved our stay here. We weren't lucky with the weather but the accommodation compensated for this. The apartment was spacious, light and just beautiful. We had a lovely vintage cot prepared for our 8 month baby too. It was also warm with the radiators on in the chilly evenings. It is even nicer when the sun is out. There are loungers around, big tables to eat out or have your coffee, surrounded by olive grove and big blue skies. 10 min drive to the beach and about 30 min drive on average to all landmarks, towns and attractions of that area. You would definitely need a car to move around and visit places. And last, lovely lovely staff that looked after us. Great Med breakfast too. We are hoping to go back next year.

Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb, ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß in die Altstadt, aber dementsprechend sehr ruhig. Bei Anreise mit dem Auto könnte einen die sehr enge Straße nervös machen 😉wir waren mit dem Fahrrad unterwegs. Das Badezimmer ist ein wenig beengt, aber das liegt natürlich am Gebäude und geht nicht anders. Die freundliche Gastgeberin wohnt direkt nebenan und hat uns herzlich begrüßt.

It was such a beautiful place to stay, we were sad to leave. Amazing host Rino and his mother who is preparing most of the dishes including homemade cakes were so lovely. The masseria has wonderful surroundings, big swimming pool, spacious living and relaxing areas. We were living like in fairytale. Recommend 1000% !

The property is serene and beautiful set amongst a countryside landscape. The host, Michele provided detailed recommendations for local visits and was most helpful in every matter. The breakfasts were not only excellent but served in a garden of tranquility. (An indoor dining area was also available.). Michele also offers a dining experience for an additional charge where he prepares an outstanding presentation of regional foods as well as foods grown on the property. Michele is the perfect host, so friendly and with a splendid personality easy to engage with. Lastly, by automobile so many beautiful towns and sites can be visited in a matter of minutes so the location is perfect. The nearest town of Cisternino (less than 5 minutes away from the city center) was one of our favorite sites to visit during our stay.

We liked pretty much everything. The view, the host himself, the staff and the accomodation! Very friendly, very clean. Every wish we had, had been fulfilled. They have a nice breakfast. And if you want you can buy their self produced local olive oil.

We loved staying at the property , it is in a great location for day trips and the pool was amazing to come back to after a day sight seeing. We loved staying in a Trullo and had a really authentic experience. The owners could not have been more helpful, went above and beyond to make sure that we had a great stay. We would highly recommend and will be back.
