The building is located in a non-desirable location. We just didn't feel safe. The hotel security "seems" safe, but it really isn't. The entryway is cold and not very welcoming. Entering the elevator and hallways, we both thought it eas almost "prison-like". The room was not inviting. A nice desk BUT the chair looked like an animal had chewed off all the rubber fabric. The TV did not work. The smell in the hotel is that of some kind of international cooking and most of the guests that we encountered were Haitian. We both agreed that after having stayed in hundreds of hotels that this was one of the worst.
