Arena Ipanema Hotel is situated in Rio de Janeiro, just 100 metres from the famous Ipanema Beach. Loved everything about our hotel. The staff was super friendly and helpful. One of the staff, Cesar, really helped us with another booking we needed in a different city and we couldn't be more thankful. If he didn't help us with our booking we really wouldn't have known what to do. The rooms were great. The breakfast was fantastic. and the locations was excellent. It is perfectly located so that you can walk both to Ipanema or Copacabana beach from two directions so couldn't be any better. Everyone at the front desk speaks English. We would definitely go back and highly recommend them.

Very clean and pretty, staff was friendly (they offer you coffee or water while you do your checking and also offered us a lunch box for the last day since we were checking out early), the restaurant was really nice as well. They offer you a ticket to get a towel in the beach area, bike rents for free and access to a nearby gym (we didn't try it).

Sol Ipanema offers a superb location on the Ipanema Beach seafront, within a vibrant area of bars and restaurants. It features a sunny terrace with breathtaking coast views. WiFi is free. Perfect location - the most personable service in the entire universe this hotel knows how to care for its guests. Great breakfast - the best Front Reception staff in the business and unmatched housekeeping.
