It is near all the main attractions of Montreal. Great stores and restaurants near by. The room was great size for us, clean, confortable beds and the customer service is outstanding! Loved the hot chocolate, water, tea, and coffee in the lobby at all times, in addition, the complimentary bag of goodies when we checked in was a plus. We had breakfast included which was served in the restaurant next door. It was very good! Loved everything. Highly recommended!

Almost everything went well, except for the check-in experience > I was asked for cash deposit although booking.com had taken care of that. Got more than expected from the price I paid.

Le Sand & Stone Hotel har en ideel beliggenhed i centrum af Montréal, under 1,8 km fra Clock Tower Beach og 500 m fra University of Quebec i Montreal UQAM. Amazing little hotel, downtown as downtown can get. everything seemed to be newly renovated and very clean. Bed was comfortable, plenty of restaurants and activities a few minutes away. Friday and Saturday evenings are really nice if you just head outside. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here when I visit Montreal again.

The location was great, parking was super easy and there were plenty of spots. There was also free parking on the street outside the hotel. the room was clean and staff was very friendly. They held our bags and let us park before check-in. We were able to walk to the old town in less than 20 min, passing many landmarks along the way. Would definitely stay here again. Great price, clean, safe, and free parking! So happy we chose to stay here and saved some money compared to other hotels in the area!
