Hotel Pasko ligger i centrum af Santiago, 400 m fra Santa Lucia-bakken, og har have, terrasse samt bar. I had a flight very early in the morning so I had to wake up at 5:30 and get going. Upon request the hotel gladly agreed to provide me transfer to the airport. The service was right on time. When I woke up and came downstairs the taxi driver was already there waiting for me in the lobby. My booking included breakfast but unfortunately I had to leave early so I wasn't gonna make it. However, there was an employee who introduced himself as Raul who kindly made me a cappucino and a couple of grilled cheese sandwiches to go. He was very friendly and very helpful and I can't thank him enough. The shuttle to the airport was a regular black and yellow cab. Since they partner up with the hotel it's trustworthy and you pay the flat rate that is agreed upfront. The room was very stylish, modern and clean. The bed was nice and comfy. I would recommend this hotel for the room alone, but the friendliness of the personnel makes it exceptional.
