Located just a 10-minute walk from Parque Arauco Shopping Centre, Hotel Boutique Bidasoa offers accommodations in the exclusive neighbourhood of Vitacura, in Santiago. The hotel is beautiful and very comfortable. the food was great at both restaurants and the breakfast spread was one of the best we have experienced anywhere. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, even at 4am when we arrived and departed. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

I arrived early in the morning and was planning to leave my bags behind the desk and come back for my 3pm check in. But, the receptionist said my room was ready and allowed us to go ahead in as a courtesy. Usually they charge half-night rates for this kind of thing. I was really grateful and got an hour of sleep after the long flight. In general, the food at the restaurant was very good and the staff were all courteous and helpful. The area around the hotel was safe for walking and full of restaurants as well. I'm really glad I stayed here instead of an Air BNB and the price was very competitive compared to what we received.

Our room was fabulous and very quiet which we had asked for and very clean too. The breakfast for the two days we were there was exceptional as were the staff especially Natalia and the front of desk man who was very friendly and explained where everything was. The staff couldn’t do enough for us.
